Returns for Opened Products


If the product’s outer packaging has been opened, the return request will be rejected as the product is no longer in its original condition. This policy complies with the Ministry of Commerce regulations for perfumes and cosmetics.


To ensure customer satisfaction, Kush will review return requests for opened products on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a 25% deduction from the total order value will apply.


Refund and Return Process

• Refunds for products under specific guarantees (e.g., Gold/Platinum) are available once per customer, regardless of the number of orders.

• The return process via the shipping company takes 3–8 days.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days.
